2008 Health Benefits Administrative Policies and Rates
Participants making HealthFlex elections for plan year 2007 will need to first log into WebMD to access the Elections web page.
Participants who have not registered with WebMD previously will just need to register as new users, the same as anyone going into WebMD for the first time to take the HealthQuotient, for example. However, some participants who have registered previously may have forgotten their WebMD usernames or passwords, particularly if they registered to take the HealthQuotient last fall and have not visited the WebMD site frequently since then.
WebMD has a simple and expedient (same day) process initiated right from the log-in screen for resending a forgotten username and/or resetting a forgotten password. The username and/or password is sent within a few hours to an e-mail address the participant entered upon registration and either confirms or updates in the course of requesting the username retrieval or password reset.
We encourage participants to attempt logging into WebMD prior to making their elections. This will enable anyone who has forgotten their username or password to have WebMD retrieve their username or reset their password, and may make the election process go more smoothly.
