There are three two-part workshops planned for Fall and Winter 2009 & 2010 throughout the conference.  
  1. Sun., November 1:  Part I Beginners at St. James UMC, Kingston, NY; 1:00-3:00 pm; and
    Sun., December 6:  Part II Advanced at St. James UMC, Kingston, NY; 1:00-3:00 pm.
  2. Sat., November 7:  Part I Beginners at St. Paul's UMC, Staten Island, NY; and
    Sat., December 5:  Part II Advanced at St. Paul's UMC, Staten Island, NY; times yet to be determined.
  3. Sat., November 14:  Part I Beginners at Simpson UMC, Amityville, NY; 9:30-1:00 pm; and

  2. THE LEARNING CENTER RESOURCE LIBRARY at 20 Soundview Avenue, White Plains is now on line.  You may view a list of the resources by going the NYAC.com Web site,  click on "Resources" and then "Resource Library" to search for resources that meet your needs.
  3. THE  PICTORIAL DIRECTORY FOR THE NY ANNUAL CONFERENCE has been published and is available for viewing online.  Click here to access the directory.>> You must type in the case-sensitive password to view the directory: EXgdgT.
  4. WORSHIP PLANNING CALENDAR for 2010 is available free simply by downloading it.  It is extremely helpful for worship leadership teams, church school and others.  Or, if you prefer, there is a 2-page Revised Common Lectionary 2009 that includes holidays, special Sundays and liturgical colors.  This is a helpful reference for Altar Guilds, worship leadership teams, and others.
