Genealogy Workshop
On Sat., March 6th The Commission on
Archives and History is holding a Genealogy
Workshop at the NY Annual Conference Center,
White Plains; 1:00-4:00 pm. Attendance is
limited to 25. This workshop will include
discussions with Saugerties historian, author
and genealogist Audrey Klinkenberg. Audrey
has been president of the Ulster County
Genealogical Society, registrar of a local DAR
chapter and serves as the historian for the town
of Saugerties, NY. She writes, "At this
workshop we will be focusing on genealogy at the
beginning. Come prepared to ask questions
and be ready to find new avenues for

On Tuesday, February 23 at 1:00 pm The
Methodist-Episcopal Dialogue Team of the New
York Conference invites you to a lecture and
discussion by the Rev. Dr. J. Robert Wright,
Professor of Ecclesiastical History at General
Theological Seminary at the Episcopal Church
Center, 815 Second Avenue in Manhattan.
Father Wright will address issues pertinent to
the hoped-for full communion status between the
United Methodist Church and the Episcopal Church
