Please DO NOT register more than once! If you need to adjust your registration after you have submitted it, check the emailed confirmation you will receive for a link to go back in and edit your registration (this option is only available until May 26; after that date changes can only be made at Annual Conference). Registration
After June 3: Registrations will be taken at the Registration Desk at Annual Conference.
Registration Fee (covers event and meals at the Student Center buffet; housing is additional)
- Early Bird — prior to May 1 - $225
- Advance Registration — May 1 through June 3 - $250
- Retirees – Thursday only - $20
- Walk-in Registration — from June 4 and throughout the Conference, all registrations will be handled at the registration desk at Hofstra. The registration fee at the Conference will be $275, payable by cash, check or credit card.
Payment
1) You may use PayPal to pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover for your registration and lodging expenses during the registration process. The only way you can use your credit card to pay for Annual Conference is by going through PayPal (no account needed!)
2) To pay by check, make it payable to the "New York Annual Conference" and remit immediately upon registration to:
Hotel Options
For those who wish to stay at a hotel instead of the available Hofstra Housing, click here for a list of area hotels with special rates. The number of rooms at our special rate is limited. Deadline for reservations is April 30, 2012 (if rooms are still available). (Red Roof pricing revised 4/12/2012.)

Couples or church groups who would like to pay the registration fee together should all register together. Single rooms are available in the "group" option and each individual will be able to answer the questions differently.
