The Seymour House was towed onto the Quinipet property at approximately 10:00 the morning of September 23, 2009. The photo of the new siding on the dining hall is a taste of what the whole project is going to look like in the end - all with matching famous Eastern Long Island Red Cedar Siding!

Prattsville, NY, sits along the Schoharie Creek and its Main Street was particularly devastated after 12 inches of rain from Hurricane Irene created raging floodwaters. Cleanup was underway on Labor Day, Sept. 5; the UM church and parsonage had been mostly gutted by the end of the day.
