Parking Lot Used for Youth Rec Area

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

Did you know we have a Parking Lot Ministry? I want to tell you about it! Many of you know that neighborhood children use our parking lot as their play area. We have teamed up with the Boys and Girls Club of Bristol who have assigned two paid staff people to our parking lot in the afternoon to offer free fun activities, including basketball, arts and crafts and other games, for children ages 6-18. For this reason, the upper parking lot is cordoned off (i.e. no vehicles), from 4-7pm every weeknight until the end of August.

We are funding this through the Roberts Foundation grant we receive, designated for needy children in Bristol. We are pleased to have a positive program like this for children in "our yard."
