Today, February 10th, 2014, in a pre-trial meeting for the trial of Rev. Dr. Thomas Ogletree, Bishop Clifton Ives, presiding officer, upon a joint motion by the Counsel for the Church, Timothy Riss, and the Counsel for the Respondent, W. Scott Campbell, postponed the trial date for the Dr. Thomas Ogletree trial until a later date.  It was originally scheduled for March 10th, 2014 in Stamford, CT.   
In a previous pre-trial meeting Bishop Ives, after consultation with Council for the Church and Counsel for the Respondent, referred the charge to a process seeking just resolution, under authority granted the presiding officer in Paragraph 2708.3 of The Book of Discipline.  More time is needed for this process.
