If you have any problems with Blue Cross/Blue Shield or Medco, please know that the General Board has an advocate team that will help you negotiate those problems. You can call the General Board and ask for the health advocate team and most of the time, your problems can be resolved.

As a participant in the program, you will receive a free pedometer to help track your progress toward good health goals and rewards. "HealthMiles" are the UM’s version of reward points, and you earn them by tracking your daily activity, taking regular health measurements and demonstrating improvement in your overall health and fitness levels. Your year-long program begins when you enroll. It is not based on the regular calendar year. You can begin today.
