Vacation Bible School Cluster Groups

Join in on the VBS 2013 fun!

Cluster groups are forming now.

How does it work?

Each participating church must commit to the following criteria:

  • The Pastor must be involved in the VBS planning and the actual program
  • Plan and run a hospitality outreach event during and after VBS to connect with the families attending the program
  • Promote your Sunday School during VBS and invite families from VBS to attend Sunday School and worship service

Each church will contribute $25 toward the cost of shared resources agreed upon by the cluster group. The group will determine how shared items will be transported between participating churches. Shared items may include purchased items, decorating items, puppets, games, items made, etc.

Each church to sign up will receive a VBS starter kit for either Cokesbury's Everywhere Fun Fair VBS or Abingdon Press's Hip Hop Hope VBS. Your choice!

You will receive the starter kit at your first cluster meeting after a commitment form is signed.

Let's get connected and make this the best VBS year ever!
