Product Descriptions
Multi-state Criminal Super Search: This database (Super Search) contains over 290 million records of county and state information. Each Criminal Super Search report contains a wealth of information, including felony and misdemeanor records, sex offender records, and inmate records.
Sex Offender Registry: Reports can information on sex offenders from all 50 states including District of Columbia. Offense levels may vary by state.
SSN Verification with Address History: Verifies the applicant’s name to the Social Security number as reported by the Social Security Administration and credit bureaus. Information may include current and former addresses, age and/or date-of-birth and county of residence.
OFAC-Terrorist Database: Searches assist in meeting OFAC identification requirements. Identifies persons or organizations involved in terrorism and international narcotics.
Criminal Search for a Single County*: This search provides criminal records held at the county-seat level. Reports generally include felony and/or misdemeanor records. A single-county search is especially valuable when you need to perform a more comprehensive and/or current database search.

Training Classes
Upon receiving your User ID and password, you can begin using our site for your screening program. As a value-added service, we offer FREE web based training sessions every weekday at 2:00 p.m. EST. Each session focuses on getting started, learning our site and the features and benefits which are available to you.
Below are some easy instructions you need to participate in the training. Please login to both the viewing and audio portions 5-10 minutes prior to the start of the session.

To Register for Daily Web Based Training @ 2:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday

3. Enter the required registration information.
4. Your registration confirmation will be sent to you.
Conference Call (Audio Portion):
1. The host provides you with the toll-free call-in number (1-877-427-8781)
2. You will be prompted to enter your conference code: 9892235
3. You will be asked to state your name and hit # (pound)
4. You will then be placed into the conference call
5. Note: You may hear hold music for a few minutes until the moderator arrives. Once the moderator arrives the conference is now "live". If after 10 minutes the moderator hasn't joined, please dial in again.
