Conference Journals
As approved by the 2012 annual conference, this year, only the Journal will be produced as a printed book. The Directory will be produced on a CD. The Table of Contents of the Journal will meet the requirements of The Book of Discipline, thus the Pastoral Service Records that were previously printed in the Directory will appear in the Journal. Remember, the 2012 Journal will be available online in this section of the conference Web site.
The Conference will send, without charge, one printed Journal and one Directory on CD to each church, each retiree as well as clergy in extension ministries, plus copies for the general agencies, conference center and staff use.
If a clergy or lay member of our annual conferece prefers to purchase a personal set, they can be ordered by clicking the link below. All orders will need to be placed by August 1 and you can pay either by PayPal or check. Your payment must be received by August 1; we recommend that all orders placed after July 15 be paid by PayPal to ensure your order. If you are not a member of the New York Annual Conference, you will need special permission to order the Directory. Please email Fredric Jackson, Conference Secretary at confsecy@nyac.com to be considered. The order period is over.
