Bishop Bickerton's Message for New York Annual Conference Laity
There are so many things coming our way each and every moment of each and every day. Spiritual fatigue is immense, yet in the midst of it all we are called to be Christians. We need simple virtues (kindness, gentleness, meekness, patience, humility, forgiveness) to endure the dark days of uncertainty, to overcome individuality and to become more alive in Christ. But to make room for them, some things have to be unpacked, put away and thrown away. What are you prepared to unpack as we walk through difficult and challenging days ahead?
