Merry Christmas from Bishop Bickerton and the entire New York Annual Conference family!
Bishop Bickerton's message for this Christmas is simple: Love is the real and only answer. Let us look beyond the noise of violence, hatred, anger, war and discord that has that has dominated our thinking and being in the past year. While it's easy to think this noise is the norm. Bishop reminds us that the noise is not the norm.
"It's time for us to stand on the front porch of our lives, and intently listen for the voices of angels and the sounds of solitude that will usher in a peace that surpasses even our own understanding."
