Bishop's Convocation Schedule
We've planned the New York Annual Conference's Bishop's Convocation 2020 is ensure that all in attendance have time to learn and get away for much-needed rest and relaxation.
Please review the schedule below to plan out your time with us at The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark.
In addition, please note that if you plan to indulge in any of the on-site amenities (like the spa) be sure to call the
resort directly make a reservation, as we've been advised that spaces can fill-up quickly.
FEBRUARY 11
2:00pm – 3:30pm: Registration and Fellowship Time with Bishop Bickerton
3:30pm – 4:30pm: Convocation Opening Worship
4:30pm – 6:00pm: Leadership Skill-building, Clergy Coaching with Rev. J. Val Hastings, Founder of Coaching4Clergy and Master Coach
6:00pm – 7:00pm: Dinner
7:00pm – 8:30pm: Session with Bishop Bickerton
FEBRUARY 12
7:00am – 9:00am: Breakfast
9:00am – 10:30am: Fearless Dialogues Session 1
10:30am – 10:45am: Break
10:45am – 12:15pm: Fearless Dialogues Session 2
12:15pm – 1:15pm: Lunch
1:15pm – 2:45pm: Fearless Dialogues Session 3
2:45 –6:00pm: FREE TIME
3:00—5:00pm: How-To’s for Leaders with Fearless Dialogues, a Leadership Skill-building session. This is an optional activity. Sign-up is required.
3:00-5:00pm: One on One Coaching and Peer Group coaching sessions with Val Hastings. This is an optional activity. Sign-up is required.
