Preliminary 2019 Apportionments
Dear Pastors, Treasurers, and Finance Chairs,
We have posted preliminary 2019 apportionments to the Conference website at https://www.nyac.com/apportionments. The apportionments were calculated based upon the 2017 data that was submitted via your statistical tables and the 2019 preliminary budget. Final 2019 apportionments will be recalculated using the final approved budget at Annual Conference.
We ask that you review the apportionments for accuracy. If there is an anticipated change in your data or church status, please notify us prior to Friday, June 8th. Feel free to contact me at dmoore@nyac.com should you have any questions. You may also request an appointment to meet with me or Margaret Howe at Annual Conference if you would like to discuss.
The final 2019 apportionments based on the 2019 approved budget will be posted at the end of June.
