Electronic Payment of Benefits


Dear Pastors, Finance Chairs and Treasurers,  

The GCFA has a partnership with Vanco Payment Solutions to help churches strengthen financial stewardship. The New York Annual Conference Center has decided to take advantage of this service to provide a seamless and stress-free way for churches and pastors to pay their benefit invoices directly online.

The link to access the portal is listed below and can be found on the NYAC website under the Finance tab in the Benefits Payments Online sub-category.

What is the cost to the church?
There is no cost to churches to use this new process.

How does it work?
Clicking on the link will bring you to a screen on which all benefit related billing items are listed separately to ensure each is appropriately paid. This eliminates payments being misapplied. Once you click continue, you will be brought to the section where payment information is entered.

You will have the option at this point to save the information you have entered and create an online profile which will allow you to use it for the next payment. Once you click “Process,” a receipt is immediately sent to the email you have provided.
