This communication contains information with respect to mailing year-end payments to the Conference. Please share as appropriate.

Treasurer’s Remittance Form:
The Treasurer’s Remittance form should be sent with payments for Apportionments, Benevolences and Special Appeals. Please use the latest form for all remittances. The link to download and print the form is at https://www.nyac.com/apportionments.
This form should not be used for the following, which are billed separately:
• Benefits payments (HealthFlex, CRSP, CPP, FSA, etc.)
• Parish Development Loan Payments
• Workers’ Compensation Insurance Payments
Apportionments:
As previously communicated, 2021 apportionments are available on the conference website (https://www.nyac.com/apportionments).
As always, you will continue to receive monthly statements.
Year-end Payments:
1. Apportionments: Payments must be received at the lockbox or Conference Center by Friday, January 8th to be credited to the calendar year 2020.

2. Integrity in Pensions: Your balance, if any, is reflected on your monthly church statement. The Integrity in Pensions program was a 30 year plan to fund the past service pension liability of the Conference. While this program officially ended in 2012, some churches have not fully paid their share of this liability. We encourage churches to fulfill this obligation by paying any amounts still outstanding.

3. Parish Development Loans: Payments must be received at the Conference Center by Thursday, December 31st to be reflected on your final 2020 statement. Payments received after this date will be reflected on future statements.

4. Benefits Payments and Workers' Compensation Insurance: Payments must be received at the Conference Center by Friday, January 8th to be reflected on your final 2020 statement. Payments received after this date will be reflected on future statements.
