Are you overwhelmed by the idea of organizing your church's records? Sometimes it’s hard to know what to keep (and for how long) and what can be thrown away. We can help! The Christman Archives and the NYAC Commission on Archives and History will be offering a church archives and records management workshop on March 9th, 2013 at St. Paul's UMC in Northport, NY. This workshop will help you evaulate, organize, and protect your records.
The workshop will run from 11am to 3pm, and a light lunch will be provided. A $10 donation is suggested to cover costs for handouts. The workshop is limited to 25 participants, so register early! More information and online registration can be found here.
