Dear Sisters and Brothers of the New York Annual Conference,
Grace and peace to you in the name of Jesus Christ!
Thank you to all who participated in our commitment to be part of the worldwide United Methodist General Conference prayer vigil. I am pleased to report that during the twenty-four-hours of January 30, thousands throughout the New York Annual Conference were praying. Our prayers are a significant part as we join with the other 130 conferences in providing the spiritual support necessary for this gathering of disciples and delegates who will represent every one of us as they convene this May in Portland.
