Jeremiah Jermaine Paul

Reverend Jeremiah J. Paul began his journey as a minister under the leadership of Rev. Sylvester McClearn and Rev. Matthew Adams. As a young adult he was tasked, as part of his maturation process, to coordinate and arrange worship and choir selection for Sunday and Special Services. Inevitably, he developed a love for ministry as he coordinated, led and provided pulpit supply for Youth Sunday Services.
Rev. Paul’s tenacity and commitment to ministry is affirmed as a Licensed Local Pastor, 2012, to our UMC connection.
Rev. Jeremiah J. Paul has evolved to be a highly capable, dependable professional with great values, a charitable heart and over two decades of extensive experience in providing his community with mentoring, teaching, coaching, care and compassion. He possesses excellent interpersonal and student/athlete relation skills. He is recognized as an effective leader, team member and quick learner with a positive attitude and strong motivation for success.
As the winner of NBC's “The Voice,” season two, and also the recipient of 2005 and 2006 Recording Academy Grammy Nominations for Best Duo R&B Performance, he has been able to utilize his influence to promote and support ministry. Utilizing his acquired influence, he has devoted time as an Assistant Coach to several local teams. His ability to draw 500+ people for fundraising, awareness and special events to include songwriters, music arrangers and musicians is commendable and has proven to be an asset to ministry.
Rev, Paul continually affirms that, “I am ever enthusiastic to continue helping others within an organization, community and ministry in delivering relevant expertise while making a difference every day.”
