Clergy Virtual Session
Clergy Session – Saturday, October 24 at 9:00am
All clergy are automatically registered for clergy session and for the full annual conference session. Clergy do not need to fill out a registration form.
Clergy will receive an email to their “nyac-umc” account (for those currently serving) or to the email we have on file for retirees. This message will include a link to a page with the attendee links for the clergy and full sessions, and a unique voting ID number for those who are eligible to vote.
Clergy who need to be excused from the session must send an email to Conference Secretary Margaret Howe at email@example.com.
If you or another clergy member of the annual conference needs to phone in for annual conference meetings and cannot vote online, please reach out to Carol Merante in the conference center by email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 914-615-2228 and we will work with you to help find a solution.
Webinar and Voting Training: For those who have voting privileges and were not able to attend the voting training provided at district conferences, an additional training session for using the voting system will be held on October 20th at 6pm.
