The book for the participants is Lay Servant Ministries by Sandy Jackson, with Brian Jackson (ISBN: 978-0-88177-626-3). The book must be purchased separately, prior to the first class. It is available at Cokesbury and Amazon, for approximately $9-$11.
There is a $5 registration fee. Mail Registration Form and a check made payable to “Lay Servant Committee NY/CT District” (no cash, please) to: Lauriston Avery - 85 Wilson Ave. Norwalk, CT 06853.
