Emerging Ministries: Is God calling you or your congregation to start a campus ministry?
The Commission on Higher Education & Campus Ministry can help! We can provide resources for United Methodists in the NYAC to reach out to college campuses, establish an effective campus ministry board, and gain support within the school’s administration for a United Methodist ministry. We also have some funds to help start campus ministries with local institutions of higher education in their communities. To apply for funding, please contact:

Do you know a United Methodist Student who needs financial assistance for college or graduate school? Help us give them some money! The New York Education Society provides financial assistance through loans and scholarships to enable UM students from the New York Annual Conference to follow their higher education dreams. Additional scholarship information is available online at www.gbhem.org under Loans and Scholarships.
New York Education Society Loan Fund
NYAC students attending an accredited college, university, technical, professional or graduate school may borrow $5000 annually from the NYES at 5% interest to be repaid over a ten year period. For an application, write to Office of Loans and Scholarships; P.O. Box 340007; Nashville, TN 37203-0007.
