Learning Center Grant Program
Purpose: To assist New York Annual Conference local churches in ministry the Learning Center offers 10 grants each year to local churches who have identified a ministry need in their geographical or worshiping community and seek to create a program for that need. Ministries the Learning Center has supported in the past include worship arts seminars, Music seminars, Stewardship seminars, leadership training, children and youth ministry development workshops.
Grant Amount: Typical grants are $500 - $1000. (The more churches involved, the larger the grant.)
Matching Amount: Highly recommend a fee for participants – increases ‘buy in’
Eligible Grant Activities: Programming that benefits the church/community. Ministries the Learning Center has supported in the past include worship arts seminars, music seminars, stewardship seminars, leadership training, children and youth ministry development workshops.
