Bishop Park Joins Chaplain Bender, USS New York, for Commissioning Ceremony

Command Chaplain Laura Bender, on the USS New York, invited Bishop Park to the Commissioning Ceremony of this ship, built with steel salvaged from the fallen Twin Towers, on November 2.
