Mrs. Willavene Sandbek

Let us remember Ms. Willavene Sandbek, widow of the Reverend Phillip Sandbek.  Willavene died in Bentonville, Arkansas on May 30, 2014 at the age of 92 years. The funeral was held in Arkansas.

Rev. Sandbek married Willavene on April 14, 1946. She supported his ministry at the following churches: Treadwell and Ouleout; Roosevelt; Brooklyn: Grace; and Hauppauge until his retirement in 1981; he died on March 12, 2007.

Ms. Sandbek is survived by two daughters, Rebecca Sandbek and Arlyce Ann Sandbek; and a granddaughter, Kelly Suedel. 

Willavene Sandbek was a member of the Oakley Chapel United Methodist Church in Rogers, AR. Memorial gifts may be made to the church at 203 Promenade Boulevard, AR 72758.
