Scott Mikkelson, volunteer coordinator for the disaster response by the New York Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church to Hurricane Sandy, leads a walking tour of the work being done in the New Dorp Beach section of Staten Island, New York. Bethel United Methodist Church is the disaster response center for the volunteer work.
